It doesn’t have the traction needed for mud, slush and mountains, but excellent for parks and domains. It is also a very comfortable leisure shoe – pre and post race - and looks great on the podium too!
And with GORE TEX, it means you can walk wet grass, or in the rain, and still keep your feet dry.
Note that the terrafly 287 GTX is more suited to women as it has a narrower heel cup.

The road-xtreme range is a collection of stripped back natural road running shoes for those with developed running styles.Unlike some other "natural" shoes it does have a level of cushioning to protect against the shock from running on hard surfaces.
The road-x-treme is built on the inov-8 natural last which is ideal for regular to wider feet, and allows for toe spread when landing on the forefoot.
The 188 is designed with a narrower heel cup, which generally suits women better. It has a 6mm drop from heel to forefoot and sticky rubber pods on all the major contact areas. The cushioning layer is injected EVA, which gives excellent cushioning for the thickness of material.
